I had a great stay at Kristi House! The staff, and my Superior King Room was super clean with a comfortable bed. Just a heads up, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall, it was a good experience.

Kristi House (Adults Only) offered a splendid experience with its charming atmosphere and exceptional service. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely shared terrace that provided a peaceful getaway after a day of exploring. Nancy, at the tour desk, was incredibly helpful in arranging delightful excursions that enriched my stay.

Had no running water on the second day, forcing everyone to trek to a vacant room on the ground floor for basic hygiene. That felt gross and completely ruined any comfort we found in the room’s size. Also, the plumbing had issues. the shower didn’t drain properly, turning into a mini pool. A horrid odor from the drains made it unpleasant. Plus, bedside lamps were noticeably absent, creating either a glaringly bright or pitch-black atmosphere when trying to relax.

I loved the quick fix for the noisy aircon, but the elephant tour was tough.

My stay was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and an unbeatable spot just a short walk from the culture of the Chiang Mai City Arts and Cultural Centre and the historic Tha Phae Gate, making it easy to explore and soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helped me find wonderful local spots to enjoy, especially those little cafes nearby that served great coffee and authentic Thai dishes.

Couples looking for comfort
The staff was super friendly and really helped us book amazing tours around here. The best part was the little shared balcony where we could relax after a long day out, felt nice to unwind while watching the street life.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but acceptable given the location and service.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We visited the Sunday night market and explored local temples. Rooms were clean and comfy. They offered great amenities like free coffee and tea. Definitely recommend staying here!
However, the Wi-Fi was spotty in our room, which made it tough to stay connected at times.

The location offered a peaceful retreat just moments from the bustling streets, allowing for a balanced experience of tranquility and accessibility. Staff assistance with local activities was commendable, often providing money-saving tips on excursions. While the room was spacious and clean, the absence of bedside lamps made it challenging to create a cozy atmosphere at night. Additionally, a plumbing issue in the shower led to an unpleasant drainage experience, detracting from our overall comfort during the stay.
