I had a great stay at Kristi House! The staff, and my Superior King Room was super clean with a comfortable bed. Just a heads up, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall, it was a good experience.

Kristi House (Adults Only) offered a splendid experience with its charming atmosphere and exceptional service. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely shared terrace that provided a peaceful getaway after a day of exploring. Nancy, at the tour desk, was incredibly helpful in arranging delightful excursions that enriched my stay.

Had no running water on the second day, forcing everyone to trek to a vacant room on the ground floor for basic hygiene. That felt gross and completely ruined any comfort we found in the room’s size. Also, the plumbing had issues. the shower didn’t drain properly, turning into a mini pool. A horrid odor from the drains made it unpleasant. Plus, bedside lamps were noticeably absent, creating either a glaringly bright or pitch-black atmosphere when trying to relax.

I loved the quick fix for the noisy aircon, but the elephant tour was tough.

My stay was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and an unbeatable spot just a short walk from the culture of the Chiang Mai City Arts and Cultural Centre and the historic Tha Phae Gate, making it easy to explore and soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helped me find wonderful local spots to enjoy, especially those little cafes nearby that served great coffee and authentic Thai dishes.
